Salvation FAQ
Simple answers to important faith questions
If you are searching, unsure, or coming back to God, these answers are here to guide you with clarity and compassion.
Who is Jesus?
Jesus is the Son of God who came to us in love, lived without sin, died for our sins, and rose again. He is Savior and Lord, and He invites you into real life with God.
Why do I need to be saved?
All of us have sinned and are separated from God. Salvation means being forgiven, made right with God, and given eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Is being a good person enough?
Kindness matters, but good works cannot erase sin. We are saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus, not by our own efforts.
What does repentance mean?
Repentance means turning from sin and turning to God. It is a heart change that agrees with God and begins a new direction with Jesus as Lord.
Why is Jesus the only way?
Only Jesus fully paid for sin through His death and resurrection. He alone bridges the gap between us and God, so faith in Him is the way to salvation.
Can Jesus forgive my past?
Yes. No sin is greater than the mercy of Jesus. When you come to Him in faith, He forgives, cleanses, and gives you a new start.
What if I am afraid to come to God?
God already knows your fears and still welcomes you. Come honestly, just as you are, and ask Jesus for help—He is gentle with those who seek Him.
What should I do today if I want to be saved?
Turn to Jesus now: admit your sin, believe He died and rose for you, repent, and trust Him as Savior and Lord. The Bible reminds us in Luke 12:16–21 that life is uncertain, so do not delay.
What happens after I put my faith in Jesus?
You are forgiven and begin a new walk with God. Keep growing through prayer, reading the Bible, obeying Jesus, and connecting with other believers who can encourage you.
